I can't remember what i took, or when and what to eat next. So being the overachiever I am, I had to make a template for my weekly meal plans. I also added a little x boxes for water, drops and supplements. I think its so cute. Please feel free to down load and use. Also the top right corner where it says R__P__W__ the "W" stands for week. Day doesn't seem to work there LOL
