Very sorry that I haven't wrote in a while. I haven't felt the need and my husband came back to town and I feel that really made my diet messed up. Since the last post, I have drove to Oregon, stayed one night. Gone to a BBq with family and the Fair. Back to school and lots of long evenings with soccer and karate for the kids. i have managed to be good but I know that I could have done MUCH better with this diet. I am happy with my weight loss and I am happy with the results thus far. I have gone from a tight 16 to a nice loose size 12. I could have made it to 170 or 169 and that would have been awesome. I forgot to say. I am cutting this round early by three days because my Tom came again and my little family and I have a huge weekend ahead. Soccer practice, Karate, camping and going to the drive in. I didn't want to be on a VLCD without drops and traveling all around washington biting the heads off of my family and friends. So I am doing it in the comfort of my home where i can relax the day away and reflect on my first journey with Omninutrition HCG drops. 
First of all, I so wish i had lost more weight.I don't know why i stalled so much and why I failed when others succeed so much better. I read this morning on another blog that if you intend to lose more weight you have to up your drops by like 15 to 20 per drop. I was blown away by that news because that info would have helped about four weeks ago. LOL oh well. I am happy that my husband keeps calling me skinny and that he is impressed with how well i've done. But doesn't stop him from mowing down hamburger and a big gulp in front of me or a coveted bag of chips that I would love to have. 
You know every time i cheated was due to lack of preparation  There was so many times I could have just avoided a downfall had I prepared something and been more vocal about my eating plans to somebody. I have only told a handful of people the real diet i am on. Most women in the area I live in are not open to this kind of diet yet. Most of them are on the Organic, vegan, super expensive paleo or something diet. Or they just aren't open minded to that. Or, I am a terrible seller.. lol I will go with the latter. 
So here it is the finally day. The last time I took drops was last night at 8pm. So that means I can eat normally at 8pm on Friday, which i won't till Saturday Morning. Its weirds. I am very frightened of messing up P3. I am not the only one. The FB page is riddled with women having the same concerns as me. Gaining or not knowing what to eat. Not having a Clear guideline on what to put in your mouth. I am ready for R2 already. Very ready to get back in there and really try hard this time to be warrier dieter and lose at least 30 more pounds. 40 would be SO idyllic i wouldn't even know what to do with myself. 40lbs would put me at 140ish and I would be done with this and on to living my life in skinny jeans.. haha! Not beating myself up I swear. I feel good about my progress but I can always dream bigger dreams.

Second, i should have been more prepared when traveling. I have learned that no matter what, keep food on me at all times and some stevia packets. I have been going to Whole Foods and grabbing their free sweet leaf stevia packets by the coffee station. I refuse to pay them anymore money for stevia if i spend over 75 bucks just because I feel I deserve something free. If my kids get free bananas and applesauce i should at least get some stevia packets. LOL Crackers are another thing to always have on hand in my purse. Water, water and water. With lemon, with chocolate with something. Always have a gallon on you. I keep a container of 1 gallon in my car. Doesn't mean i always drink it but keep it on me. 1 orange and 1 apple too should always be with me. Hard because my kids are fruit fiends and will steal my apples in a heartbeat and not even have remorse. Sometimes that makes it hard. My friend and distributer jenny told me to go to Subway and do a chopped salad. That truly has been a lifesaver on multiple occasions when it was impossible to bring food with me. I had a cooler with me when driving to Oregon a few weeks ago. But my ice packet defrosted eventually and couldn't keep the cooler cold enough and the kids (and husband) ended up eating all my chicken.. My favorite salad there is the Chopped salad with double the chicken, cucumber  tomatoes, onions, and pepperoncini's. I  only get double the chicken because I usually share all my food with somebody and they  eat my chicken. Mostly my husband who loves salads. When on our road-trip we probably had 3 salads and then went to the fair where I had one more because I knew there wouldn't be anything I could eat there.

Sorry that I haven't posted. Its been a few days of ups and downs and a lot of stalls. Gee I wonder why? Cheats lately, um.....

Nothing crazy. All with in reason i think but none of it is going to put me in the 170's really. I am starving today because i waited to long to take my charge pills. I have to be better when taking that. But i have until the 30th to get to the 179 at least that is only 5 lbs.  My father and husband will both be here the same time. I want to blow them both away with my weight loss. I have worked hard but the days I let myself get to hungry I get crazy and eat. Today i felt really depressed and weepy. Then i remembered that I hadn't taken my Charge in two days. YIKEs that stuff really helps me. I also went and got some Iron supplements that I can take while on this mission! ahaha  

has anyone tried this? Well starting tomorrow I guess i will be. I will let you know how it goes. I know there seems to be a lot of women that are on HCG and anemic. I know my levels are hella low. My mother buys me a really nice kind but it already has a ton of other vitamins in it that i am not willing to mix with the omni4 already taking.

In other news, TEA.. i know its 77 degrees out in my neck of the woods but during my TOM i need some warm tea. Iced is good too. I made a huge bag of some Aveda comforting tea a while back and I have been drinking that as much as possible. It helps that my kids are goo goo for it. I use to work for an Aveda school and we drank copious amounts of this. Be careful to not drink a lot though because it can cause high blood pressure and Is not great for pregnant women or breast feeders. And don't be scared of Licorice Root. Its super sweet and taste NOTHING like black licorice at all. Not even a little bit you black licorice haters. I am one too. I can't even smell it so DON'T worry. The other ingredients seem weird as well but they all come together to make this magical tea brew. Try it, you wont be sorry one bit. And if you want to know what it taste like before you make it, go into any Aveda spa and they will give you a free cup. Or they should !

Aveda Comforting Tea DIY  
(recipe from Beauty Check blog)
 

1-1/4 Cup Licorice Root
1 Cup    Peppermint Leaves
1/8 Cup  Fennel
1/8 Cup Basil Leaves

Combine in a small bowl, then add to gently boiled water. Steep for 2-3 minutes (or to taste), then remove the loose tea and enjoy.

Note: women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should avoid this and everyone else should enjoy in moderation. 






 

So what the heck did i eat today? Good question, I tried to be good. I lost it i guess towards the evening when I made Creamy Cheesy Polenta with Beef Ragu and Gluten free chocolate chip cookies. (which i didn't eat)

Blessings to all that can do this with out cheating. I am hoping tomorrow is a great day of losses even though i cheated. And I swear from now on i will meet my goal of 170 by the end of this round.

So here it is. The Eve of my 2 weeks with this diet. WOW. Thoughts? well its hard! its a little schizophrenic with the eat this but not that and now you do this but not that and no explanation really for anything. I don't care, I am happy with the results so far and I cant complain. Any diet I am going to hate. Work out, Vegan etc... it all has its ups and downs.   

After yesterdays cheat moment, due to my womanly day starting. I went food shopping and bought all the necessary stuff to last a few days. I bagged up chicken cutlets that were all conveniently purchased pre-cut into cutlets. Marinated them and put in the fridge. Along with veggies and some steak. Cut up celery and cucumbers and tomatoes and onions. Guilt organization really. I am really hopping that i just continue to lose and not gain. 

Keeping it short today..... Did dishes all day it seems and need to clean the house.

After many years of having my wonderful sally (volvo #1) We don't really have a car that is very reliable. I wear my shoulders by my ears the whole time i drive this car because i am afraid that we will fall apart on the next bump. But on the other hand i love this car more than anything. We have had it for 7 years and she is part of the family now. I wear this car like an old glove. Her seats fit all of our bodies and we know every crook and carney of this car. I feel that she knows us too. I have asked her (and my husband too) to please just hold on a few more months or years so we can stop making her our daily driver and we can get a new car..... So after many years of hospice for my lovely sally, we have now been blessed with this new volvo. I can now feel confident in driving to Visit my parents and actually be a part of peoples lives! And that is what i did today. I DROVE to my moms for lunch. The kids have been DYING to just surprise her and visit for her lunch break!!! it was such a joy to see her too! she was so happy for our visit. But this in turn turned out to be my CHEAT day :( 

As we left her office and was trying to figure out where to go. No coffee in my belly or anything to help me no want to eat a babies leg. She chose Thai food. So i figured this will be easy. WRONG! We walk in and I have a plan. I am going to just get some chicken and veggies and I will be fine WRONG again! The menu wasn't the menu i am use to at most Thai food places.  So I ordered as simply as I could with out telling my mom i am on this diet. I thought i got all my sauces on the side and chicken breast on bed of spinach. It came all separated but the sauce was on the chicken and more sauce on the side...YIKEs.. so i just ate.. screw it. I am not going to beat myself up I am just going to do the best I can. Drink lots of water and the rest of the day not eat anything but a lite dinner.

I did that for the whole day. I came home and I actually didn't eat all day. I had a very small dinner of chicken breast, Kale and Grilled onions. Took my nitelite at 12:30 am and went to bed around 2! Got up at around 7am because of the lovely stopping my neighbors kids make and noticed.. my TOM came and visited me! lovely. Now i know why i am so dang hungry and creazzzzy ! 


Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: Grilled chicken in Spicy Thai Peanut sauce with Sauteed Spinach
Dinner: Grilled chicken with Kale and Caramelized onions

All i think about is fat.. how fat i have gotten and what fat can i get away with eating.. What would be good fat and bad fat and all that! If i take just 2 tablespoons of nutella how fat would I get? Is it worth it? Sigh....

I am feeling gross, tired, sad and angry...you guessed it.. TOM is here again! I have a special power, no really i do, I can have a 8 day period every 20 days and NOT DIE. Its so wonderful. Just when i get to feeling normal again BHAM! my period is here again. oh well, I only have one ovary,  due to an emergency cyst surgery so I am just happy to have a period at all... let a lone kids. So I am starving for Sugary carbs and grossness. I want the banana bread I made for the kids. I want to put butter on my shrimp. I want a iced latte with full fat milk and hazelnut sugar syrup. But, that is what got me here in the first place. I think this whole 45 days of "detoxing" is just showing you what you really need to eat to be healthy. I eat 4-5oz of protein, that is really a deck of cards and what i should be eating in the first place. Now the consumption of such little fruits and veggies depresses me. And the lack of variety too. Why no kale or cauliflower? Or squash? Hummmmm but we can have all the BULLshit in omni products the surcolose and blah blah blah but cant have another sweetener other than stevia. I am not going to get into logistic because it just makes me crazy. Nutella 

I've upped my protein today I had to take a bus that was 1hr and 45 mins away to get my other car. In order to get my new car i had to leave my old car and then find a way to get the old car. I had a friend say that is what your husband is for. But he is out of town for four months. So that isn't going to work. I thought that is what friends are for and that didn't seem to work. So i said whatever and took the adventure and packed the kids up with snacks and took the FOREVER bus to a far far far far away land. Kids had a goood (ish) time. Considering it only took us 20mins to get back home with our car. HAHAHA! but then it made me think about my real friends. THe real people in my life with real feelings that really want you to be around them. So i called one of those people and she was just overjoyed to want to help us..but sadely we were already on the bus. But those are my people. The ones that are like WHO cares what my schedule is.. of COURSE i will help you. I've just noticed I don't really have those friends in the "part of town" i live in. They are busy in their lives and i am just who i am.. I have no label i want to say right now because I am trying to have better outlooks on life. 

Needless to say. Both cars are where they should be. Home. Like me. And one day, i will love myself enough and have peace in my heard and head and home.

Woke up this morning and weighed immediately...down a whole 4oz better than a gain i guess right? Oh well.. its about about pounds and inches right. I am hoping tomorrow like magically 5lbs are gone...that would be awesome! but so not going to happen. Like most things in my life it wont come easy and I will have to write about every single pound i am accountable for. LOL.. no amount of anything i seem to do works wonders so i am just going to surrender to the diet and go from there.. But i will still eat my chia seeds....and mix my chicken with apples.. sorry Dr. Simmion and all your hard work!!

 I've lost 1lb ish.(YAY) I need to stay away from the dairy... really. I don't think that is a good thing for my body. Last night i cheated again and had three bites of the cottage cheese chocolate thing. I am throwing it out today. not worth it. I am only hungry at night WAITING patiently for my time to take my nitelite. 
Maybe an apple day? Nah, i am not ready for that. I am just blah today.. want to curl up and do nothing until i can get my car. I really need to pull myself out of a funk.. REALLY. I think my TOM is coming and this is when i get all mental. So i am just going to relax... and know that my body needs different things right now. Relax when these feelings arise and let them pass. 

Coffee for breakfast. Like i said yesterday i am off the psyllium husk. I will eat chia instead. Psyllium is not good for you to take everyday unless you have severe intestinal problems  and have to drink well above your weight in water to just make up for the amount of liquid it absorbs.. Way to demanding of a supplement if you ask me.. I am fine just taking my crazy omni4 and might even take a charge today but then i noticed all the extra niacin in it and still freaks me out. I know, I know jenny if you are reading this.. I can sense you rolling your eyes! lol I am really just blah today so i am going to sign off.

R1P2D8 STALLLLLLLLLLL

Symptoms: Panic attacks.. maybe a release of toxins? or stress?




Well, 8 days and another stall. I don't blame that my body didn't gain like 5lbs yesterday. It was a hard day with eating eggs for breakfast, and then going to the lake with my kids and ended up meeting several friends who we all usually share snacks and food with. I didn't plan to stay long and had a few snacks with me. But we ended up staying way to late and I was ravenous. I had a few more apple slices than I should and the four slices of salami better than other things that were there i guess. I also had one LaCroix Lemon sparkling water and um... oh yah... after dinner i had four bites of the "rouge" cottage cheese chocolate thing. But for all that i cheated on, if that was "cheating" I think i did okay. I am having a hard time with some of these supplements. Its been a week and I am not loving the idea of the synthetic vitamin a that is in the Omni4. Also, on top of that they want you to take even more vitamin a in the Charge. Hummm.. Toxic levels of synthetic vit. A are 20,000IU while the Natural Vit A (Beta Carotene) in the charge. It doesn't seem right to me. I am already all jacked up on something that is making me all jumpy all day long. Then on top of that. I have been doing some research and by no means are you to be taking psyllium husk (main component in fiber n more) more than a few days. So after today i will probably stop taking that and eat just my chia in the morning from now on. I don't like the risks on the side label anyways. Its better to get your fiber from food sources.. UGH.. another think i am sure my BFF/Distributor is rolling her eyes at.. (<3 u though) I am sure she is saying i wouldn't be stalling if i was taking those damn things anyways. I am not stopping my omni4 or nitelite. So far i like those enough to keep them around and stay on course. I am going to be much better about my diet though from now on. My daughter is really on me for drinking water. Its her duty to make sure i drink enough...and she fills my water bottle and makes sure i have it when i leave. She really wants me to just get a gallon jug and then i can just drink from that everyday.. GOOD IDEA... now have to find one that is "KIM APPROVED" lol 

I did yoga last night.. Psychotically because i thought with all that I ate i am sure to gain if i don't sweat a little out. I am sore today and would love to just sleep.. but whatever i am taking make sure my eyes don't close at all.. haha!  Panic attacks and self loathing are happening a lot as well. All me in my endless cycle of craziness. I felt great yesterday. I wonder if it had to do with meditating the night before? I hope so cuz i am going to try it again today! lol

R1P2D7 WEEK ONE done!!!!

Week ONE  and 8lbs gone! Hello 180's !!!!!!

I am one that finds the rules and breaks them. That is how i live most of my life. I find out what the rules of the game are and manipulate them so I get MY way.. LOL. Last night i found a HCG diet page where the girl has "ROUGE" recipes, I was in a state of craziness really. I am a foodie. I read about food (diets and health mostly) and I watch food. PBS food mostly as well. But as i do all these things i am dying inside for some FATS. Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Peanut butter, Cheese and Anything resembling Almonds/Cashews!
I went on a 21 day survival camping expedition when i was younger. We had a very controlled diet of nothing most days and walked 21+ miles most days as well. At night us survival campers would gather around the fire and talk about that fatty junky food we would want. I feel that way now.. I want chips and guacamole, sour cream and cheddar chips, onion dip, anything at trade joes... ha! OKAY back from my rant. I came across this rouge website for HCG foods. This woman makes food and post her food and some of it is on Protocol and some is "NOT" or rouge. I found her link to her site and ended up trying the cottage cheese chocolate "mousse".

I felt so bad when i did it. All my hopes and dreams are going down the toilet because i wanted just three bites of this magical dessert. Well, I went and did some yoga and did some yoga nidra breathing and took my nite lite 2 tsp this time and went to bed. When i woke up i was happy that nothing had happen that was bad. I still loss and gave me hope to play around with my diet a little more that what the legalistic omninutrition diet protocol is. But please remember this. Not everyone is the same. What works for me wont work for you. We are different.I am hoping though in the future just a little exercise and i can have a SMALL cheat?? In case you didn't know. I feel that if i didn't cheat i would end up in a ditch with a bottle of Sea Salt Caramel syrup and in a coma.  But i am hopping to really add the yoga in everyday. And try some of the non meat recipes too. The more i look into my blood type i am not suppose to be eating red meat or poultry. Fish and lots of grains. Which i always do feel better consuming anyways. So today i might try some eggs and for dinner some quinoa with steamed veggies and see how i feel. If i gain tomorrow I will go from there. Its not life and death i loose huge. I am losing inches and i am finally feeling good.. First time in years! 
However, i do want to say, a few years ago I did go vegan and just taking out Dairy and meat from my diet i lost 60lbs. Have i mentioned that before.. Probably! but it happened! hahaha 


Breakfast: 
Supplements:  Iron, Probiotic Omni4, fiber n more, drops
coffee + 4 eggs 1 yoke, Asparagus and peppers 

Snack: my bread of flower crackers  (LePain de fleurs)

Lunch Poached Cod with Bok Choy
Dinner Grilled Teriyaki with caramelized onions and cabbage...OMG yum! 

Its been really hot here the last few days so i have left a jug of water in the fridge with lemon and lemon peels in it. I put about 3 drops of vanilla creme stevia in it to sweeten it up. I am thinking i might make some cucumber and lime water later. I found a great recipe somewhere for Apple and cinnamon stick water with some vanilla stevia that would be awesome, right? maybe heat that up and it would be like some cider?

Oh the possibilities!

P2 Teriyaki Sauce and Chicken
 

½ cup water
12 oz Chicken breast, fresh

¼ cup Bragg’s liquid aminos
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
½ cup Orange juice
Juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder (i grated some fresh onion )
½ teaspoon powdered ginger or grated fresh ginger
1 clove finely minced garlic 

¼ cup finely chopped onions  (I caramelized mine with the cabbage)
Stevia
 

Marinade 12 oz of diced chicken in sauce for 30 minutes if possible. Pour sauce in a frying pan and let it cook down into a glaze. Then add the chicken, and cook on medium heat until the chicken is nicely glazed and cooked through. add a little extra water if glaze gets too thick.

Serve with steamed diced onions and cabbage (4 oz per servings)

R1P2D6 STALL :(

So no resolve yet with the car. Have to stay positive and send Light and healing to my car and that there are no major problems with it. :( 

As for my STALL, I don't know... Chia seeds, Lack of Bowel Movement, Stress, erratic eating times, these all could pose a problem to this. Also i did go swimming Yesterday for two hours in a salt water pool. Maybe all that salt water plumped me up...haha!  The weak feeling i believe is my low iron. I took some iron water supplements this morning with my drops and then ate an orange for breakfast and then waited to drink my coffee. I wish i could just relax and be in a happy mood for once and good mood for once. Whatever.. I am not going to let it get the best of me. 


Well I measured myself and there is progress. So i am not going to worry about the stall. And personally i feel my scale is broken. In a matter of minutes i gained and lost multiple pounds. So might be a good time to invest in another scale. 

Ate lunch and jittery feeling gone.

After many years with my Volvo 240 sedan we decided to buy another one. I bought it on a whim because we have money and now i am paying for that whim. OH WELL. So i get off the lot and everything feels funny about the car this time. Feels wobbly and running hard. Feels weird! I run some errands and WHAM, the whole electrical Panel goes out, NO spedometer, NO odometer, or rpms or anything, I am flying blind!!! not what i paid for. 
Anyways makes for a terrible stressful evening and I am taking it back to the dealers today to see whats up. Hopefully by the grace of god they will just have an easy fix for me and I am On my way to a happy life with another volvo?? VOLVO gods are you listening??? lol 

I barely ate yesterday because i was at the dealership for most of the day. I brought food with me but doesn't feel like i had a moment to eat. I should have because i was a shaky stressed unfed mess. SIGH I figured after not eating all day I should eat. My son went to a sleepover and it was just my daughter and me last night for girls night. My husband texted multiple times to let me know it will be fine.. thx honey! 


I sat in my bed and drank some potassium broth i made with veggies on the P2 protocol and then put some curry powder in it and some hot sauce to spice it up. Afterwards i picked off my daughters chicken she had from Fred Myers and followed it up by some strawberry popsicle i made yesterday.  So it was a P2 gourge. I didn't have time to deal with the nonsense of 3 hours for the nitelite, so i just took it and went to bed. Slept a little better. I feel like i don't stay in my REM all night long like i use too. I sleep like a log and this protocol makes me feel jittery all the time when sleeping. It seems perhaps better last night then the previous nights. I will give it a few more weeks. I don't feel exhausted like i normally do, but i am sleepyish when i wake up.

Surprised at the loss today. Had to weigh myself about 4 times. I was sure after I did some extra eating and the chia seed pudding i was going to gain. Glad i didn't and still lost. The chia really helped with my hunger yesterday and made me feel so much better all day long. I am doing it again today! lol

We had a block party last night. Nobody on our block through one so we went and crashed the one next to us where there was some kids and we knew the people. Lots of food there and beer and homemade wine, soda and beer. Was really hard not to take part in anything. I broke down and had a hand full of blueberries and got some fresh clams in my bowl and ended up not eating them. I had to really control myself. Which was hard yesterday. I ate extra meat and had a few pieces of some roast beef lunch meat. The good kind. You know me! The no nitrate one and No sodium kind.. BLAH BLAH BLAH.. haha

When we got home I was in the countdown to take my niteLite so I prepared some strawberry popsciles for the next days heat wave. This morning the kids saw them and freaked out. So I let them be the testers of these fine specimiens. They got the BIG thumbs up and said they were awesome

Recipe:
8 Strawberries, green tops cut off
2 T. Milk
6 drops of English toffee stevia

Blend in a blender, Chunky, put in ice molds and Freeeeeeeze. Enjoy!


I figure the milk is about a teaspoon ish for each one cuz i pour some out and there was a lot on the sides of the blender.






Breakafast:  Chia seeds (1T with 9T water) Cinnamon, English Toffee Stevia, and 1/4 Red apple
Lunch: Skipped (well at a bite of buffalo steak
Dinner: Hamburger patty made a few nights ago. Potassium broth, Strawberry Popsicle and a few bites of chicken thigh, gleamed off my daughters dinner.

Is anyone else totally freaked out with taking to many supplements? I am. I refuse to take my charge because of the Vitamin A overdose thing. To much is not good for you.. I D K if its just me or not?

Last night was really rough for me. I was so hungry when i went to bed. I took my night lite at 11:30pm and stayed up with a headache for about an hour. I slept crappy all night and woke up not tired though. Well a little tired. More energy zapped than tired. Feel weak already. So i said fuck it and took my drops and omni4 vitamins and ate chia seeds with cinnamon and English toffee stevia drops. I know it could be worse but i swear i feel immediately better. I also drank some coffee with my milk in it too. I can feel my body needing the fats. SIGH..I am going to take my drops for lunch now and then eat at the park/lake. I am hoping the sunshine and being in the water takes away some of my grumpiness... :)

Breakfast: 
Chia seeds with 1/4 apple, cinnamon and english toffee stevia
Snack: two LePan des fleurs crackers :30 calories
Lunch: Chicken with Real Balsamic Vinegar, Spinach, red peppers, onions cucumbers and tomatoes
Snack: rest of apple
Dinner: Buffalo Steak with grilled red cabbage, 2teaspons sauerkraut and grilled onions
Dessert: 1/4 of a grilled apple with vanilla stevia and cinnamon

Weekly Meal Planner Printable

I can't remember what i took, or when and what to eat next. So being the overachiever I am,  I had to make a template for my weekly meal plans. I also added a little x boxes for water, drops and supplements. I think its so cute. Please feel free to down load and use. Also the top right corner where it says R__P__W__ the "W" stands for week. Dessert ASAP!

Okay, So i ate dinner and RAVENOUS... i know i know.. its day 2 i am suppose to be hungry but I couldn't take it anymore. I needed dessert.... i read on another blog that they half froze their strawberries and then put stevia over the top. I took that one step further. I froze the strawberries (half way, put in freezer right before dinner and they are perfect about 20 mins later) and then blended them in my Magic bullet. I love my Vitamix but this was to little of amount to bring out the big guns.

Strawberry Brains:

5 Half Frozen Strawberries

Blend till chunky like salsa. Pour out in a dish.

In the same blender cup add one tablespoon of Milk, 4 drops of vanilla creme. Blend till frothy then pour over Chunky strawberries. Over the top add 4 drops of Chocolate stevia. Enjoy!

Round 1 Phase 2 Day 2

Okay... so today i feel fine. Woke up expecting to feel amazing and I didn't. I felt fat and depressed. My eye was swollen and a little itchy. Allergies? who knows. I got up and took my drops and went back to bed then remembered.. I have to pee.. because that's all i do now. PEE. I went and empty my bladder and weighed myself. Who could forget to do that right?

Weight: 195 that is almost a 3lb loss. When i talked to my Bff (also my distributor) she was hopping for more. MORE. wow.. i guess i am failing already. Like five or six pounds.. YIKES i don't think i ever went to bed and woke up 5lbs less in my life.. but would be nice. We joked that i might gain 30 and lose 50 because thats just me! Always something "special" happening to me!


Okay food.. that's all i can seem to think about today anyways.

Lunch: Grilled Chicken Breast with Grilled Asparagus and Spinach with Tomato and cucumber salad. Drizzled with Horseradish Mustard Dressing.
Dinner: Hamburger with spinach salad and
Snack: Le Pain des Fluers crackers 4= 60calories

Wondering if we can have cornishons? they don't have anything in them on the bad list.. I wonder? would make life Saltier which i am sure is bad.

PHASE 2 Day 1

Well I made it through the first two days. I had weird itching, sulfur burps, weird gas and red face. I don't know what is going on with me. Day one of my journey: 

Weight: 198
Breakfast:
coffee
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Sauteed Rainbow Chard with apples, Steak (100g)  and a beet. I miss read the paper and thought it said beets but it said beet greens.. OOPS so i just cut out a serving of Fruit.
Dinner: same as lunch
Snack: a few crackers that i found that are Gluten Free (le Pain des fluers) they are just three ingredients and less calories than wasa cracker.

“Lemonade” - 6 calories
16 oz. purified water - 0 calories
Lemon flavored Stevia, to taste - 0 calories
Juice of 1/2 of a fresh lemon - 6 calories
and then later had some coco water as my friend jenny calls it. Water with some chocolate stevia in it. It curbs the sweet cravings

Today I did some extra shopping and grabbed some Kale and Fennel and some other greens. Lemons, Cabbage and Grapefruit. Apples and oranges are really not out in Organics so i just bought 2 apples i could find in the Organic section that weren't a million dollars . 

Finding it hard to remember to weigh everything. I have to be more prepared or I will get to hungry and just eat. Drinking water is also a problem but that is okay. I am just getting up in the morning and drink a ton of it right off the bat. Then have some coffee. 



 


Day One and Two or Phase 1 Adventure time!!



I am doing it. For real. I have become a lemming. A person of the masses. I am trying the HCG diet. I know I know and i don't want to hear about it. Ive been a very healthy person for years.. IN MY BRAIN. I know vegan-ism and vegetarianism like the back of my hand. I was raw and have done many juice fast and raw fast. Nothing is getting me thin. I was vegan and 60lbs fell off me and I didn't even know it. But i had a healing crisis and slowly made way back to the Standard American Diet (SAD).  Now for health reason I am Wheat/Gluten free. I have been almost GF for a year and lost at least 25lbs with that. I am very happy with that loss but I want to be thinner than that. I want to at least be thin enough to wear a swimming suit and not have my kids say "Mommy, you look puffy today". I am not asking a lot. I do yoga (sometimes), ride my bike, walk and swim. I just feel its never enough. So here i am all my friends losing weight like its a disease. 20lbs, 45 lbs, etc. I put it off as long as i can but i look in the mirror and I can't believe that i have let myself get this out of control. I don't eat a lot but I know i eat to much oils and nuts and the like.

I get my products In the mail on Thursday, August 1st. Quickly since i ordered on Monday. I started loading the next day, Friday Aug. 02. Its hard for me because i am not accustomed to eating crappy food. I have spent so long keeping it away from my kids and not snacking on it I don't even know what to eat. So I went with the healthy fat option. No sugars to avoid the carb crash the next day.

Can't think what else. I was going to puke most of the time.
 On the second day i was really gassy and kind of nauseous. I thought it was the drops so I cut back a little on that. I added a probiotic as well because i thought my body might not want to digest all this crap either. I didn't take any of the other stuff either. And my face was bright red as well. IDK. Also i went out drinking with some friends and had some NON gluten free zucchini bread that she swore only had a tablespoon of flour in it.. LOL

Anyways that was Day 1 and 2 of Phase 1
